What size Swankymat should I get?
We make three sizes. Our Oversized mats come in 5 by 7 at 20 pounds and 6 by 9 at 30 pounds, both a quarter inch thick and made in a single piece with no seams. Our Studio Mat is made to roll up and take with you to your favorite class.
Will my mat slide on hardwood floors?
Our mats stay in place. The heavy weight of our mats, 20 pounds for the 5 by 7 and 30 pounds for the 6 by 9, and a textured underside keep them from moving on smooth floors including hardwood, concrete, and tile. Our mats also feature a textured top surface that enhances grip during yoga, stretching and barefoot exercises, and they lie flat without curling at the edges.
What is a Swankymat made of, and is it non-toxic?
Our high density eco-PVC foam mats are non-toxic and crafted using the highest quality materials and eco-friendly manufacturing techniques that exceed U.S. and E.U. safety standards. Our mats are free of BPA, phthalates, flame retardants, latex and silicone, and are certified European REACH and POPs regulation compliant. Our designs are printed with Greenguard Gold Certified ink, which is solvent and VOC free.

I created Swankymat, a fitness mat that doubles as home decor and creates a space that inspires movement and wellness, so that you can prioritize yourself, even on the busiest of days.
I understand the challenge of getting to a gym. I rehabbed from hip replacements alone at home when COVID shut everything down, and again after my first son was born, when his schedule made it feel impossible to find time for myself.
