Returns
We want you to love your Swankymat. Actual colors may vary due to screen display settings, lighting, and perception. To ensure you will love the color and style of mat in your space, we highly recommend ordering a Swatch Pack before selecting your mat.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your mat within 30 days of your order. Return must be shipped to the address provided in the returns portal within 30 days of your order to qualify for a refund. Return Conditions
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are returned in used, damaged, or any condition other than new will not qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for any product damage incurred during return process. If your return is rejected due to condition and you wish to have an ineligible return sent back to you, you must provide a prepaid shipping label within 7 days of notification. Otherwise, the item will be disposed of or donated.
Return Shipping
Due to the size and weight of our mats, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may:
-Use your own carrier and arrange return shipping at your cost.
-Request a prepaid return label from us. If you choose this option, the actual return shipping cost (typically $40–$60 per mat) will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee on the original price of the item (before discounts) applies to all non-HSA/FSA returns. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, restocking costs, and payment processing fees. Due to HSA/FSA payment processing and fees, returns on HSA/FSA purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the original price of the item (before any discounts).
Bundle Purchases
If you purchased multiple mats at a bundle discount and decide to return part, but not all of the order, the remaining mat(s) will no longer qualify for the discount. In this case, we will calculate your refund by charging the full price of the mat(s) you are keeping and refunding the difference.
Example Refund Calculation
If you purchased a mat for $500 and use our prepaid label:
Original purchase: $500
- Less return shipping: $50
- Less 15% restocking fee: $75
- Total refund: $375
Protection Policy
We always do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. But sometimes unforeseen issues happen during delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen from your porch, we want you to be protected. That’s why we offer AfterShip Protection. Click here to file a claim.
