Cleaning & Maintenance

To clean your mat:

• Simply wipe it down with a soft cloth using warm water and a mild soap.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, or essential oils, as these can damage the UV-printed surface.
• Allow the mat to fully dry before rolling or storing.
• Our mats are robot vacuum friendly. 

What to Avoid

To keep your mat looking like new, do not use:

• Harsh disinfectants (like Lysol or Clorox)
• Alcohol-based cleaners
• High power/abrasive vacuums
• Steam cleaners
• Essential oils, which may break down the foam and damage the printed surface

Careful Use Tips

• Place the mat with dotted foam side down to prevent slipping.
• High heels, pointed furniture legs, or dragging heavy gym equipment may dent or scratch the surface of the mat.
• For best longevity, use barefoot or with soft-soled shoes.

Storing Your Swankymat

When not in use:

• Roll tightly with the design side facing out to avoid creasing. Please use velcro straps.
  
• Do not ever fold mat.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
